We're looking for an experienced Senior MI Analyst / Power BI Developer to join a major enterprise data transformation programme focused on delivering a new Snowflake based data platform. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping a modern analytics capability within a leading London Market Insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain enterprise scale Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Translate business needs into meaningful MI, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical insights.
  • Build and optimise Power BI semantic models, DAX measures and data models.
  • Develop reporting solutions leveraging Snowflake as the core data platform.
  • Partner with Data Engineering teams to ensure reporting and analytics requirements are met.
  • Engage with business stakeholders across underwriting, claims, finance and operations.
  • Support reporting governance, data quality and the adoption of best practices.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Deep understanding of London Market Insurance data, including underwriting, claims, premium and policy reporting.
  • Extensive experience delivering enterprise Power BI solutions.
  • Strong experience in a Management Information (MI) Analysis.
  • Experience in semantic modelling, DAX, Power Query and data visualisation.
  • Proven experience working with Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
