We’re supporting a leading Wealth Management client requiring an experienced Business Readiness Lead to join two business-critical, strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will need to hit the ground running, and will meet the following criteria:

  • Experienced leading Business Change & Readiness activities across large-scale, high-profile programmes of work.
  • Experienced within Wealth or Asset Management, with an in-depth understanding of advisor/partner-led Wealth Management models.
  • Highly-proficient engaging with C-Suite stakeholders & Board-level executives. Comfortable being direct and taking ownership for project and programme delivery.
  • Experienced designing and embedding engagement and readiness processes, ensuring change is effectively planned.
  • Hands-on approach to designing and rolling out Partner training material.
