We’re currently looking for an experienced Service Transition Analyst to join a Technology Operations & Support onboarding team within a leading financial services environment. This role will focus on the successful onboarding and transition of new or changed IT services into BAU operations, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with ITIL Service Transition processes. You’ll be working closely with change delivery teams, engineering, architects, project managers, and operational support teams to ensure smooth service transitions with minimal disruption to live environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting service onboarding into BAU support
- Assessing operational readiness and support requirements
- Identifying impacts to systems, processes, and support models
- Coordinating transition, design, and estimation meetings
- Tracking actions, documentation, and onboarding activities
- Ensuring go-live readiness across support processes, alerting, and resiliency
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience within Service Transition, Service Operations, or ITSM environments
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Experience facilitating meetings and driving follow-up actions
- A solid understanding of operational readiness and service onboarding
- Experience within Financial Services or other regulated environments is highly desirable
Please note — this is not a deeply technical role. The focus is on coordination, analysis, governance, and operational onboarding across the service lifecycle. You’ll be joining a collaborative team of four, including another Service Transition Analyst, with exposure to a broad range of technology change initiatives.
