About the role
We’re partnered with a well-established international bank currently undergoing a significant digital transformation programme, with a key focus on enhancing their customer onboarding capabilities. They are looking to appoint a Senior T24 Techno-Functional Consultant to play a critical role in delivering end-to-end digital onboarding journeys, working across core banking, digital channels, and third-party integrations. This is a hands-on role, requiring a strong blend of technical expertise and business understanding across onboarding processes and customer journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end digital onboarding journeys across web and mobile channels
- Lead development and integration within Temenos T24 for customer creation and account opening
- Define and implement KYC/KYB workflows, including verification, screening, and risk checks
- Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Drive integration with third-party providers (e.g. eKYC, AML, document verification)
- Support UAT, testing, and go-live activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience
