Senior Scrum Master

Role: Senior Scrum Master (Financial Services)

Rate: £550 – £600/day (via umbrella)

Duration: 6 months (long-term extensions beyond initial contract)

Location: Gloucester (Hybrid Working) (2 days per week onsite)

Senior Scrum Master required to join a leading Financial Services client for long-term programmes of work based in Gloucester.

Please do not apply unless you can commit to being in Gloucester 2x per week

The ideal and successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running.

Key skills & experience required:

• Five+ years experience in a pure Scrum Master position
• Coaching and mentoring teams in order to become self-sufficient
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is mandatory
• Technical Agile Experience, across Scrum, Kanban and strong knowledge of Lean Principles
• Strong command of Agile principles and methodologies, with a history of successfully implementing Scrum practices
• Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks, ie SAFe
• Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
