Remediation SME required to join a Retail Banking client for a long-term programme of work based in the South West (with remote working available).

The ideal and successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running.

  • Experience working with multiple large datasets to identify impacted customers.
  • Experienced in root cause analysis.
