We're supporting a growing UK organisation undergoing a significant enterprise systems transformation and are looking to appoint an experienced IT Project Manager to help drive the next phase of delivery. Working as part of a wider transformation team, you'll lead complex ERP and business change projects, coordinating stakeholders, technical teams and third-party partners to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation and business transformation projects from planning through to delivery
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, SMEs and external delivery partners
- Facilitate workshops, governance meetings and steering committees
- Oversee testing, UAT, data migration, cutover and deployment activities
- Support the successful adoption of new systems and business processes
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and programme outcomes
Essential Experience
- Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects as a Project Manager
- Strong stakeholder, vendor and third-party management skills
- Experience managing complex systems implementation or transformation programmes
- Experience coordinating testing, data migration, integrations and go-live activities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies and project budgets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other enterprise ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, IFS etc.)
- Experience within distribution, supply chain, logistics or multi-site environments
- Exposure to the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics, Power Platform or reporting solutions
- PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent project management certifications
- Experience supporting change management and user adoption activities
