As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will join a fast-growing technology environment, supporting the delivery and configuration of innovative software solutions. You’ll collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure system functionality, and ensure solutions meet business needs. This is a highly analytical, client-facing role combining technical configuration, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll develop expertise in system implementation and digital transformation within financial services.
No two projects are the same — you’ll gain exposure to varied benefit designs, complex calculations, data migrations, and software releases, building valuable technical and consulting skills from day one.
Responsibilities- Assist in configuring workflows, data screens, system interfaces, payroll integrations, and reports.
- Work with clients to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Communicate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, gathering feedback and securing approval.
- Produce clear documentation for both client and internal use.
- Support software releases and upgrade processes when required.
- Manage multiple parallel tasks and prioritise effectively within project deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Record time and contribute to continuous improvement across delivery processes.
- A technical undergraduate degree.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a high degree of numeracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience or academic exposure to SQL, T-SQL, XML, or databases.
- Experience using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Understanding of business processes and workflows.
