We're partnering with a UK banking organisation on a major multi-year technology transformation programme. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a lean, collaborative Change function at a key stage of the bank's wider transformation journey.

The Role

You'll lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business change initiatives across systems implementations, operational transformation, vendor-led projects, and data-related workstreams within a regulated environment. This role sits between business and technology teams, coordinating stakeholders, vendors, governance, and delivery activity across multiple workstreams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of technology and transformation projects to agreed scope, timelines and quality standards
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, third-party vendors and business stakeholders
  • Manage project governance, reporting, risks, dependencies and delivery planning
  • Support delivery across systems implementations, operational change and data migration activities
  • Drive alignment between business requirements and technology delivery outcomes

Key Skills

  • Proven experience delivering technology transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and technology functions
  • Experience managing vendor-led or SaaS-based delivery environments
  • Exposure to data migration or broader transformation programmes
  • Strong governance and delivery management capability
  • Experience working within financial services, lending, insurance or another regulated environment
