EA change is supporting a major UK financial services organisation through a large-scale M365 tenant-to-tenant migration following a change of control. The programme involves migrating c.6,000 users from one M365 tenant directly into another.
You'll own the migration end-to-end, operating as the definitive M365 SME on the programme.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven, hands-on delivery of large-scale M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Deep practical expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
- Experience migrating thousands of users
- Strong grasp of migration tooling and real-world delivery constraints
- Able to define and own cutover and sequencing strategy
- Comfortable challenging timelines and assumptions where required
- Operates autonomously as there is no internal safety net on this programme
