A UK-based bank is looking to hire a Senior Relationship Manager to support the growth of its lending portfolio. The bank works with a broad range of established organisations, community-focused businesses and mission-driven enterprises, providing structured lending solutions to support long-term sustainability and growth. This is a remote-based role with the expectation of travel for client meetings.
The role includes:
- Originate and manage lending relationships across a defined portfolio
- Structure lending transactions from initial conversation through to completion
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, advisers and boards
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned to the bank's credit appetite
- Work closely with credit, risk and operations teams to progress deals
