  • Structure strategy into clear initiatives, workstreams, and mobilisation plans
  • Apply strong change discipline to early-stage strategy definition and programme mobilisation
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and governance forums, including board- and entity-level groups
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear business requirements and delivery artefacts
  • Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and assumptions across the emerging programme
  • Provide structured reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering strategy-led change assignments
  • Significant experience in business change (non-technical), ideally within large-scale transformations
  • Strong background in wealth management, asset management, or fund management
  • Good understanding of High-Net-Worth client needs, behaviours, and service expectations
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and shaping work from inception
  • Strong stakeholder management and governance engagement skills
