Our market leading Retail Banking organisation are looking for an Operational Resilience Manager to embed an Operational Resilience Framework to enable the bank achieve operational resilience.
Key Accountabilities
Devising and running operational resilience scenarios
Carry out Operational Resilience Self Assessments
Build awareness and understanding of Operational Resilience across the business
Key Skills
Strong background in Operational Resilience, Operational Risk and Business Continuity best practice
Will have previous experience of setting up Operational Resilience frameworks
Retail / Commercial Banking experience
Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills
Practical Inquisitive mindset with strong problem solving ability
Background in Technology/Systems would be nice to have
