An experienced People Operations Specialist is required to join a leading Retail Bank and help shape the future of the global workforce.
What you’ll do:
- Own the joiner–mover–leaver lifecycle with precision and compliance
- Manage background screening and Right to Work checks across multiple regions
- Partner with Workplace Technology to deliver smooth tech onboarding/offboarding
- Support and deliver engaging onboarding sessions
- Tackle high-volume employee queries and build clear FAQs
- Maintain impeccable data accuracy across our HRIS and people systems
What you bring:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth People Ops function
- Strong knowledge of international HR practices and regulatory environments
- Background in banking/financial services or other highly regulated sectors is desirable
