Change is partnering with a financial services company in Gloucestershire to source an experienced Application Support Analyst on an initial 6-month contract.

The Role

You'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining partner and client-facing applications, with Salesforce as the primary platform. This is a hands-on application support role within a regulated environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application support for partner and client-facing systems, including Salesforce
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues, escalating where appropriate
  • Use SQL to investigate and resolve data-related issues
  • Support and troubleshoot AWS-hosted environments where required
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure service continuity
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and known errors in line with ITIL best practice

What We're Looking For

  • 4–5 years' application support experience minimum
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience in a support or admin capacity
  • SQL proficiency β€” comfortable writing and running queries to diagnose issues
  • AWS exposure β€” not essential but strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills β€” this role interfaces directly with partners and clients

  • Up to Β£450/day (inside IR35, payable via umbrella)
  • 2 days onsite in Gloucestershire, 3 days remote
