Our market leading Retail Banking organisation are looking for an Operational Resilience Manager to embed an Operational Resilience Framework to enable the bank achieve operational resilience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Devising and running operational resilience scenarios
- Carry out Operational Resilience Self Assessments
- Build awareness and understanding of Operational Resilience across the business
Key Skills:
- Strong background in Operational Resilience, Operational Risk and Business Continuity best practice
- Will have previous experience of setting up Operational Resilience frameworks
- Retail / Commercial Banking experience
- Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Practical Inquisitive mindset with strong problem solving ability
- Background in Technology/Systems would be nice to have
