Reporting into senior regional leadership, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-quality portfolio across the Midlands.
- Develop and manage strong commercial relationships with new and existing clients
- Build a network of introducers, advisors and sector professionals
- Structure and assess lending proposals in line with credit risk appetite
Proven background in commercial banking, specialist lending or relationship management.
Strong understanding of credit risk and lending processes.
Ability to analyse client needs and structure appropriate financial solutions.
Sound commercial judgement and the ability to navigate complex client situations with professionalism and integrity.
Willingness to travel across the Midlands.
Existing Midlands network within professional services, third sector or impact-led sectors.
