Responsibilities:
- Work as part of agile teams, collaborating with designers, product owners and engineers to identify priorities and define scope.
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project on key decisions and milestones as well as to manage expectations.
- Be a proactive member of the design team, sharing knowledge, ideas and embedding principles of design across a range of product, service, and customer journeys.
- Shape strategic initiatives ensuring customer and market insight when creating or enhancing propositions and services.
- Attend workshops, making sure the business context, needs and risks are properly understood.
- Support the research and document current and future state services.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Worked as a Content Designer within Financial services.
- Additional Public sector experience would be highly advantageous.
- UX Writing, content creation and copywriting experience.
- Life Insurance product knowledge.
- Use of Figma and Jira.
