We’re supporting a leading Wealth Management client requiring an experienced Business Readiness Lead to join two business-critical, strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will need to hit the ground running, and will meet the following criteria:
- Experienced leading Business Change & Readiness activities across large-scale, high-profile programmes of work.
- Experienced within Wealth or Asset Management, with an in-depth understanding of advisor/partner-led Wealth Management models.
- Highly-proficient engaging with C-Suite stakeholders & Board-level executives. Comfortable being direct and taking ownership for project and programme delivery.
- Experienced designing and embedding engagement and readiness processes, ensuring change is effectively planned.
- Hands-on approach to designing and rolling out Partner training material.
