The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior or Principal Consultant to join our Contracts & Interim team in Bristol. This role will suit an experienced recruiter with a strong track record of delivery and is seeking the following:

You’ll join a warm desk with live client relationships, while operating with a 360° mindset - developing accounts, strengthening partnerships and bringing new work into the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering contract and interim recruitment solutions across Business Change / Transformation or Digital, Data & Technology
- Managing and growing existing client relationships, while proactively developing new ones
- Owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with a consultative, commercial approach
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Contributing to the growth and maturity of the contract function
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience operating successfully in a 360 recruitment role, with level determined by scope, impact and consistency of performance.
- Contract / interim recruitment experience (perm background welcomed if looking to pivot)
- Experience within business change, transformation, digital, data or technology
- A consistent billing track record (typically £150k+ GP annually)
- A strong 360 mindset with proven experience developing client relationships.
- High levels of self‑motivation and personal accountability
- Ability to work autonomously and lead by example.
This role will particularly suit consultants with a strong record of performance who are seeking greater freedom, competitive reward and long-term growth opportunity.
Salary, Commission & Bonus
- Basic salary: £28,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience and level)
- Market-leading, uncapped commission (contract): £35k+ monthly billing: 30%
- Annual bonus linked to individual and company performance
