We're supporting a growing UK organisation undergoing a significant enterprise systems transformation and are looking to appoint an experienced IT Project Manager to help drive the next phase of delivery.

Working as part of a wider transformation team, you'll lead complex ERP and business change projects, coordinating stakeholders, technical teams and third-party partners to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ERP implementation and business transformation projects from planning through to delivery
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, SMEs and external delivery partners
  • Facilitate workshops, governance meetings and steering committees
  • Oversee testing, UAT, data migration, cutover and deployment activities
  • Support the successful adoption of new systems and business processes
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery and programme outcomes
Essential Experience
  • Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects as a Project Manager
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor and third-party management skills
  • Experience managing complex systems implementation or transformation programmes
  • Experience coordinating testing, data migration, integrations and go-live activities
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies and project budgets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Experience
  • Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other enterprise ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, IFS etc.)
  • Experience within distribution, supply chain, logistics or multi-site environments
  • Exposure to the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics, Power Platform or reporting solutions
  • PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent project management certifications
  • Experience supporting change management and user adoption activities
