We’re seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to lead the design and implementation of core backend services for an Azure-based SaaS platform. Apply here and help define the future of intelligent document automation.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build robust REST APIs and backend systems (Python/FastAPI).
- Develop and optimize document generation workflows using templating frameworks.
- Architect and maintain secure cloud infrastructure (Azure App Services, Blob, Service Bus, SQL/Postgres).
- Implement automated data ingestion and validation pipelines.
- Lead performance tuning, observability, and release strategies.
- Ensure best practices in CI/CD, security, and reliability.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of backend development experience in Python (FastAPI/Flask).
- Experience with CI/CD (Azure Pipelines) and IaC (Bicep/Terraform).
- Understanding of RBAC, multi-tenant SaaS, and secure API design.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 14155).
- Knowledge of clinical or medical data models (CDISC/SDTM).
