ea Change is partnering with a financial services company in Gloucestershire to source an experienced Application Support Analyst on an initial 6-month contract.
The Role
You'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining partner and client-facing applications, with Salesforce as the primary platform. This is a hands-on application support role within a regulated environment, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for partner and client-facing systems, including Salesforce
- Diagnose and resolve application issues, escalating where appropriate
- Use SQL to investigate and resolve data-related issues
- Support and troubleshoot AWS-hosted environments where required
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure service continuity
- Document incidents, resolutions, and known errors in line with ITIL best practice
What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years' application support experience minimum
- Hands-on Salesforce experience in a support or admin capacity
- SQL proficiency — comfortable writing and running queries to diagnose issues
- AWS exposure — not essential but strongly preferred
- Experience working in a regulated environment (financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or similar)
- Strong communication skills — this role interfaces directly with partners and clients
