An Agile Coach is needed to support a large-scale agile transformation with a financial services client. This 6-month FTC offers the chance to make a real impact at the enterprise level, working as part of a Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence (LACE) that’s driving change across both UK and international operations.

The opportunity: This programme is moving into a crucial phase of continuous improvement following a rapid rollout, and the team is now looking for an experienced coach to provide on-the-ground support across leadership and delivery teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coaching cross-functional teams and leadership within four key business areas: Membership, Sales, Servicing, and Employer.
  • Promoting adoption of SAFe and agile best practices across the organisation.
  • Working closely with existing coaches and stakeholders to embed lasting change.
  • Supporting the implementation of a new scaled agile tooling solution.

What you will need to have:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Agile coaching, ideally in a scaled agile (SAFe) environment.
  • Confident working with both technical teams and senior leadership.
  • A background in software delivery, project management, or Dev/Test environments.
  • Agile certifications are helpful but not essential—real-world experience is key.

What’s on offer:

  • A collaborative and forward-thinking team environment.
  • A competitive FTC package including bonus.
  • Hybrid working with flexibility between London, Stockport and Bournemouth.

If you’re a confident Agile Coach looking for a rewarding challenge in the financial services space, we’d love to hear from you.
