Senior EUC / Intune Engineer – 12-Month Contract
Contract: 12 months
We’re looking for an experienced Senior EUC / Intune Engineer to join a small EUC team, taking ownership of the ongoing development and improvement of the end-user device environment.
This is a hands‑on engineering role, with the majority of the work focused on engineering, continuous improvement and project delivery, alongside a smaller element of 3rd‑line BAU support.
- Own and improve the Microsoft Intune environment.
- Configure, manage and troubleshoot Windows 11 endpoints.
- Review and improve Windows Autopilot provisioning and deployment.
- Manage iOS devices through Intune.
- Configure and deploy applications across the EUC estate.
- Resolve complex 3rd‑line EUC issues and identify permanent solutions to recurring problems.
- Lead small technical changes and EUC improvement initiatives.
- Work independently and take ownership of technical activities through to completion.
What you will need to have:
- Deep hands‑on Microsoft Intune experience – this is the key requirement.
- Strong Windows 11 endpoint engineering and management.
- Good experience configuring and managing iOS devices through Intune.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end endpoint/device management.
- 3rd‑line EUC troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Application deployment and endpoint configuration experience.
- Ability to take ownership and drive technical work independently.
Experience with AVD, Windows 365, Windows Autopatch, macOS/Android management, Conditional Access, Defender and PowerShell would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
The role will initially require around 2–3 days per week in the London office, particularly while working on Autopilot, physical devices and endpoint improvements, with scope for greater flexibility once established.
