Lending Product Manager

We are supporting a modern, technology-led specialist mortgage lender looking for an experienced Product Manager to shape and develop its proprietary lending platform.

This role will focus on the post-completion servicing journey, improving how customers and internal teams manage loans throughout their lifecycle. You will turn complex, manual processes into simple controlled and scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Lending Servicing




• Identify opportunities to simplify, digitise and automate servicing processes.




• Work with Engineering, Design and Data teams through discovery, development, testing and implementation

Key Skills

• A strong track record in Product Management within banking, lending, mortgages or fintech




• Experience owning products or customer journeys from discovery through to delivery




• Previous experience of improving complex operational or servicing processes and have built servicing technology turning manual processes into scalable digital solutions




• Extremely customer focused with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills




• Previous experience of working within SME/Fintech or Challenger Banking environment will be well received

We are especially interested in candidates who have developed functionality within a lending or core banking platform to support customers after mortgage completion, this could include:

• Payments and direct debits




• Account and customer-detail changes




• Statements and loan amendments




• Maturities and redemptions




• Arrears and collections




• Internal workflows, approvals and case management
