Our client, a respected family-run construction company specialising in high-quality residential refurbishments, is looking to recruit an experienced Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background.

The role is predominantly hands-on, with the successful candidate expected to carry out carpentry works while overseeing the day-to-day activities of all trades on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard.
The Role Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of residential refurbishment projects, acting as the main point of contact on site.
While remaining actively involved in carpentry works, you will coordinate subcontractors and trades, maintain programme, and ensure the highest standards of workmanship are achieved throughout the project.
