About the Role: As a Supervisor, you will take a lead role in managing a team of operatives, ensuring the smooth delivery of social housing maintenance works. You will be responsible for coordinating works, maintaining quality standards, driving efficiency, and upholding safety and compliance on site.

The successful candidate will have knowledge/experience in Schedule of Rates (SOR), and a proven track record as a Supervisor/Team Leader within social housing, or working for a maintenance contractor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct a multi-trade workforce, including maintenance, decorating, voids, and refurbishment teams.
  • Monitor quality of workmanship, ensuring all tasks meet company and client standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections managing snagging, defects, and post-works sign-off.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
