Our client, a well-established and expanding Norfolk-based groundworks contractor, is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of work across East Anglia and continued business growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor offering long-term career prospects. The successful candidate will be based on a major project in Needham Market, Suffolk, with approximately 18 months of secured work already in place.
The Role
This is a hands-on position requiring you to oversee site operations while also working alongside the groundworks team when required. You will be a proactive leader who is willing to lead from the front and contribute directly to the delivery of works on site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising groundworks operatives
