Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team and oversee the successful commercial and contractual delivery of multiple projects. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee contracts across a portfolio of commercial, healthcare, education, and mixed-use construction projects
- Review, negotiate, and administer client, subcontractor, and supplier contracts
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations, budgets, and programme requirements
- Programming via MS Project
- Work closely with project and commercial teams to mitigate contractual and commercial risks
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and company procedures
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting throughout project lifecycles
- Support operational teams with contractual advice and guidance
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within the construction industry
- Experience delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, education, or mixed-use sectors
- Strong understanding of JCT/NEC contracts and contract administration
- Excellent commercial awareness and risk management skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant construction-related qualifications preferred
