Site Manager (External Refurbishment) £45,000 – £50,000 Barnet, Greater London EA Associates are recruiting on behalf of a refurbishment contractor for a Site Manager for a project in Barnet. Managing works to several residential blocks to renew external cladding and further external works. Specifically, the removal and reinstatement of cladding – inclusive of external wall insulation and fire breaks / fire rated details, new window installations, fencing, brick slips. The successful candidate will have experience within refurbishment and/or social housing, specifically external works to residential blocks. Assistant Site Managers will be considered if they have at least 3 years experience. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years managerial experience (Assistant Site Managers considered) * SMSTS * First Aid * Essential – proven experience managing external works * Desirable – qualification in Construction Management
