Site Manager required in Denham, Buckinghamshire - Monday 16th June Start - 8 week project - up to £260 per Day.

We’re looking for a Site Manager to help run a project on an occupied block of flats in Denham. You’ll need to keep things professional and tidy around residents while making sure the job gets done to a good standard.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing the strip-out of internal walls
  • Making sure RAMS are signed and toolbox talks are carried out
  • Keeping an eye on a subcontractor who’s handling the rip-out and install of a new sprinkler system on the top floor
  • Ensuring everything on site is safe, organised, and running smoothly

You won’t be on your own – the Project Manager will be on site 1–2 days a week to support you.

What you’ll need:

  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and Health & Safety certs
  • Solid experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor
  • Confident managing trades and working in a live environment

Project duration: 8 weeks.
