EA Associates are working with a leading interiors contractor renowned for delivering high-end projects across the super prime residential, luxury retail, and hospitality sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of prestigious work, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Brentwood. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with an outstanding reputation for craftsmanship, quality delivery, and long-standing client relationships.
The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple interior fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account. Projects range from luxury residential refurbishments to premium retail and hospitality schemes across London and the South East.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing project costs and commercial performance
- Producing valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Contract administration
- Working closely with operational teams and clients
- Identifying and managing commercial risk
- Supporting junior commercial staff where required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within interiors, fit-out, or high-end construction
