About the Role

• Lead and manage building surveying projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
• Provide technical guidance on refurbishment, defect investigation, condition surveys, and compliance issues.
• Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Candidate Requirements

• Chartered or near-chartered status (RICS) with extensive building surveying experience.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of construction, legislation, and current industry standards.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Client-focused, professional, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently or within a team.
