EA Associates require an experienced working foreman for a high end residential project in Richmond, London starting from Monday 15th June.
The project is working for a main contractor specialising in high end residential projects with a 1yr contract duration on this scheme. This is a working role, so will require a foreman with a carpentry trade background and eye for detail. Whilst reporting to an on site project manager, we require a foreman for subcontractors to lean on, for labour management, as well as ensuring health and safety is being adhered to on site.
Hours: 8am-5pm
Duration: 1yr
Suitable applicants must have:
- SSSTS (Ideally SMSTS)
- Valid first aid
- Valid CSCS card
- Full compliment of carpentry tools
- A minimum of 5yrs in a similar position
