Groundworks Supervisor / Site Manager Location: Norwich Sector: Residential Groundworks Duration: Permanent Options Available Start: Immediate / ASAP EA Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor / Foreman to work on behalf of an established groundworks subcontractor on a large residential project in Norwich The successful candidate will have a proven track record in supervisory/site management roles, with previous experience overseeing large residential groundworks projects. You will need to be willing to work as part of a small team either on the ground or in a machine. Duties & Responsibilities * Managing the day-to-day running of the site * Reporting directly to Contracts Managers * Managing labour levels and allocating resources effectively * Carrying out site inductions * Overseeing site operations and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently * Maintaining high standards of health & safety across the site * Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and management Requirements * SSSTS or SMSTS * First Aid * Relevant Health & Safety qualification/ticket * Proven experience in a Groundworks Supervisor / Site Manager position * Previous residential groundworks experience is essential * Strong communication and organisational skills * Up-to-date CV required Duration This is a Permanent Job to run a site through to completetion, with the potential for a longer-term extension depending on the project and performance.
