Senior Quantity Surveyor in Newmarket

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with some estimating experience to join a well‐established construction team. You will play a key role in managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cost planning, budgeting, and reporting throughout projects.

Prepare and review tender documentation and cost estimates.

Conduct commercial risk assessments and manage variations.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with contractual and financial obligations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

Some experience in estimating and tendering.

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
