I’m currently working with a well-established regional contractor who has a strong pipeline of secured work across the Southeast and Anglia. Due to continued growth and a busy programme of works, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

The Role

This position will see you managing multiple projects within an ongoing programme, taking responsibility from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll be working across a number of sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of multiple concurrent projects
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain
  • Ensure projects meet programme, quality, and cost targets
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and provide regular reporting
  • Identify risks and drive solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
  • Strong programme management and organisational skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • CSCS card essential; SMSTS / First Aid desirable
