About the Role:
We are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee hard, soft and podium landscaping projects across Central London. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly from initiation to handover, managing site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality, programme and cost targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of hard, soft and podium landscaping projects
- Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver quality installations
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders
- Ensuring projects adhere to health & safety regulations and company policies
- Managing programme, cost and risk across projects
