We are looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee a roofing and cladding project at Heathrow Airport for a period of approximately 2-3 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing roofing and cladding packages on commercial or industrial projects and be confident running site operations from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the project on site
- Coordination of labour, subcontractors, and materials
- Programme management and progress reporting
- Ensuring health & safety compliance
- Liaising with clients, main contractors, and suppliers
- Managing quality control and maintaining high site standards
- Attending site meetings and resolving issues proactively
