The Client is an established regional construction business delivering a mix of new build and refurbishment projects across Essex and the wider East Anglia region, who command a strong presence in a particular niche of the market. Operating across a range of sectors, they have built a strong reputation for quality delivery, long-standing client relationships, and a consistent pipeline of secured work. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance function and support the senior leadership team with the ongoing financial management of the business.

The Role is a key position within the business, responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts function while providing accurate financial reporting and management information to the directors. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the commercial and operational teams, helping to maintain strong financial controls across the company as it continues to grow. This role would suit someone already operating at Finance Manager level within an SME environment, with previous exposure to the construction sector essential.

Responsibilities:
