Overview
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Finance Manager to join a well-established housebuilder based in Great Dunmow. This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day financial management while contributing to the company\’s long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function, managing all accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to support informed decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow, cost control, and financial planning across live and upcoming developments.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Support the senior leadership team with commercial insight and analysis.

About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent.
