A well-established and respected construction company in Leicester is seeking an experienced Design Manager to take the lead across a range of exciting, high-value projects. This role offers the opportunity to drive the design process from pre-construction through to delivery, working closely with internal teams and external consultants to achieve high-quality, buildable and compliant solutions.
The Role
- Manage and coordinate the full design process across multiple projects
- Lead design meetings, reviews and workshops with project stakeholders
- Review drawings, specifications and technical information for accuracy and buildability
- Ensure all design deliverables meet programme and quality targets
