Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking builders cleaner to join their team on a busy commercial refurbishment in Maidenhead. As a recruitment agency, we are seeking motivated individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services on newly built and refurbished properties before handover.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out sparkle cleans and final builders cleans.
- Remove dust, debris, paint splashes, stickers, and construction residue.
- Clean windows, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and all interior surfaces.
- Ensure properties are presented to a high standard for client handover.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous builders cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual.
- CSCS card is advantageous but not essential.
