EA Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a roofing project based in Chigwell.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager who is confident running a site operationally and managing subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Essential Requirements
- SMSTS Certificate
- Previous experience as a Site Manager
- Strong operational and organisational skills
- Ability to oversee subcontractors and manage the day-to-day running of site
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid First Aid and CSCS Card (preferred)
Desirable
- Previous experience working on roofing projects or with a roofing contractor.
- Good understanding of roofing systems and site logistics.
