The Role

  • Deliver full pre- and post-contract cost management services
  • Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
  • Manage procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and manage risk, value engineering, and cost reporting
  • Support team development and contribute to continuous improvement

About You

  • Significant experience as a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong consultancy or client-side background
  • Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Confident managing projects and client relationships independently
  • MRICS preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
