An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and highly regarded organisation delivering a strong pipeline of projects across multiple sectors. This role offers the chance to take a senior position within a growing team, working on complex, high-value schemes while providing commercial leadership and mentoring support to junior staff.
The Role
- Deliver full pre- and post-contract cost management services
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
- Manage procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to clients and stakeholders
- Identify and manage risk, value engineering, and cost reporting
- Support team development and contribute to continuous improvement
About You
- Significant experience as a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor
- Strong consultancy or client-side background
- Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
- Confident managing projects and client relationships independently
- MRICS preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
