A professional services company in Watford is looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support their busy office. You will play a key role in managing documentation, performing general office administration, and providing support to Project Management and Funding Consultant teams. This role also involves travelling to project sites to assist staff during client meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
Please note: A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering the mainline telephone and welcoming visitors.
- Assisting with meeting arrangements and diary management.
- Providing administrative support to Directors and Project Managers.
- Accurately recording and presenting meeting minutes.
- Attending site meetings with Project Managers as required.
- Supporting Project Managers with contract administration tasks.
- Setting up and formatting new documents and templates.
- Updating company databases and spreadsheets.
- Assisting in the preparation of contracts and training materials.
- Supporting the Bid Writing team with tender analysis documentation.
- Full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in administration or office support preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
