We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing social housing contractor for an experienced Bid Writer to join their work-winning team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented writer with experience in construction, refurbishment, or property services to play a key role in securing new business opportunities across the social housing sector. The business delivers refurbishment, planned maintenance, responsive repairs, and cyclical works for local authorities and housing associations.

The Role: As Bid Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, compelling tender submissions that clearly demonstrate the company’s capabilities, compliance, and value proposition. Working closely with operational, commercial, and leadership teams, you will manage submissions from initial opportunity through to final tender delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing, editing, and coordinating high-quality PQQs, ITTs, and tender submissions.
