EA Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Telehandler Operator to join a busy commercial construction project. This is a hands-on site role — we're looking for someone who is confident operating a telehandler but is also willing to jump out of the cab and get stuck in with the site team when lifting duties are quiet. The Role * Operating a telehandler safely and efficiently across a busy commercial construction site. * Receiving, unloading and distributing deliveries around site. * Organising and managing materials to ensure the site remains tidy and efficiently stocked. * Loading and unloading materials as required. * Assisting trades and site teams with material movements. * When there are no lifts, being willing to get out of the machine and help the site team with general labouring duties. * Following all site health & safety procedures and instructions. * Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment. Requirements * Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler licence. * Enhanced DBS certificate – essential. * Previous experience operating a telehandler on commercial construction projects. * Good understanding of site health & safety requirements. * Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team. * Hands-on attitude – this isn't a role for someone who only wants to operate from the cab. You must be willing to assist the wider site team when lifting duties aren't required. * Relevant construction experience and a good understanding of site logistics.
