This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes real pride in the craft and wants to work somewhere that gives them the space to be creative.
Responsibilities
- Edit and retouch photography for use across social media, websites and promotional materials.
- Colour grade and edit video content to a high standard, in line with each client's brand identity - including optimising audio & align soundtracks.
- Work closely with our MD & Creative Director who are both award winning photographers & filmmakers, take their RAW files and output a consistent post‑production workflow.
- Collaborate with the wider creative team on concepts, formats and visual direction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Maintain well‑organised files and asset archives across client accounts.
- Stay across current trends in photography, videography and editing to keep the output sharp.

- Confident working in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for photography and either Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for video.
- Familiarity with After Effects, Capture One, or other Adobe Creative Cloud tools is a bonus but not a requirement.
- A solid understanding of colour correction, retouching and how to get the best out of RAW files.
- Able to manage your own workload across multiple projects and deadlines without needing to be chased.
- A formal qualification in media production or a related field is a benefit, however equivalent experience and a strong portfolio will always carry as much weight.
Benefits

- Employee discount.
- Employee mentoring programme.
- Flexitime.
- Gym membership.
- Sick pay.
- Work from home availability.
